Is the Red Rock Pass program
necessary and beneficial to protect and maintain one of the most
heavily visited areas of the Coconino National Forest? Or, is it

An additional legal challenge has been won by the fee free community in California where another judge declared the Adventure Pass (similar to Sedona's Red Rock Pass) illegal! The challengers are even getting REFUNDS for fees they paid. What will it take to get a response here in Sedona?
